About TPC
 
I set up Top Performance Coaching (TPC) in 2008 following a successful and fulfilling career of 26 years in IT Sales and Sales Management.  
 
 
As a former Sales and Marketing Director of an IT Services company, I have extensive experience in business, sales team and personnel development and understand the challenges faced by sales professionals and management in today's demanding markets.
Having had responsibility for major sales budgets, strategic planning, training and development of sales teams I fully understand the stresses and strains experienced by Sales Executives and Managers.
I have total empathy with Sales Executives striving to achieve targets, Sales Managers struggling to deliver consistent performance and Chief Executives frustrated by lacklustre growth. 
I provide training in proven sales techniques but fundamentally, this training is underpinned by personal performance development strategies. The value and belief systems that team members hold have a direct impact on their sales success. In my experience, as a sales professional of over 25 years, most performance challenges are due to limiting beliefs that undermine confidence and motivation. What we think affects our feelings that ultimately affect our behaviour or actions. By tackling what is holding back each individuals optimal performance I can provide improvement and development in:
