Performance coaching underpins all training. By understanding and addressing what each individuals values and beliefs systems are we can 'weed' out and replace any unwanted ones with new, more empowering and appropriate ones.
My key Process
Performance development and coaching is a collaborative process. I do not fix you or your team in isolation. I help uncover what it is that is holding back your team from consistant success and then provide strategies and training to improve any areas of concern or opportunity.
I conduct regular group or one to one sessions, dependent of team structure and challenges.
I help uncover each individuals path to success, set measurable goals and targets.
Sessions are confidential with predefined reporting requirements agreed with sponsors at the outset.
Getting Started
Firstly, and most importantly I need to fully understand what challenges you and your team are facing and what your desired outcome is.
Our preliminary meeting would be to explore working together and for me to understand what areas you desire to develop and improve.
I will work with you to assist in obtaining internal support and budget approval for the inititive. I am happy to present to stakeholders and desision makers the business benefits of performance coaching to assist you in obtaining approval .
Every client has different challenges, therefore I provide a 'bespoke' solution for each. Each will contain strategies to improve confidence, beliefs and motivation and facilitate improved success.
